Annapurna circuit trekking is the magical trekking route in whole Nepal. In 1997 AD this route is officially established. Our main destination of this trekking to cross Thorong La passes through the track of Kali Gandaki (world’s deepest gorge). We will have thrilling experience while walking. In lush green valley we will be in between Annapurna I and Dhaulagiri. The panoramic view of Annapurna I (8091 m), Annapurna II (7939 m), Nilgiri (7041 m) and Annapurna III (7555 m) will be so much impressive. Besides this greenery valley will be so much attractive in our trek.

Starting point of Annapurna Circuit Trekking is Besisahar. Narrow and zigzag trial will be our main walking trial. Altitude goes higher & higher when we walk. Annapurna Conservation Area will be our main walking trial. Besisahar, Manang, Chame, Pisang, Ghorepani, Tadapani etc are some of the beautiful villages where we need to take shelter. During this time we will have opportunity of exploring local culture with tradition as we will have interaction with local people. In this way we will be in Pokhara. Lastly we will return back to Kathmandu to end our Annapurna Circuit trekking.

Annapurna Circuit Trekking is long & a bit difficult trekking. We need to have good training. The main thing is that we need to have enough holidays. Special kind of permit should be to trek in this wilderness area. Month of February, March, April, October, November, and December will have best season to have trekking. We the team of Chomolungma Adventures Pvt. Ltd. will arrange you Annapurna Circuit Trekking with professional guides. Trekking days are made according to the choice of trekkers. Day 07: Dharapani  to Chame (2600m) – 6 Hours

Day 08: Chame to Pisang (3300m) –5 Hours

Day 09: Pisang to Manang (3540m) – 5 Hours

Day 10: Manang Rest Day At Manang for Acclimatization

Day 11: Manang to Yak Kharka (4000m) – 5 Hours

Day 12: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4450m) – Hours

Day 13: Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3800m)

Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

After landing flight at TIA, representative of Chomolungma Adventures Pvt. Ltd. will warmly receive you. We will shift you towards your hotel. We will enjoy delicious dinner at night. After dinner is finished we will give brief description of the Annapurna Circuit trekking program which is our destination.

Day 02: Kathmandu exploration and preparation for trek.

Today is the rest day and preparation day for our whole trek. Beside this we will spend our remaining day by sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley. Firstly we will visit Pashupatinath one of the holiest temple of Lord Shiva, Bauddhanath Little Tibet and to Swayambhunath Monkey Temple. Then from here we will drive to Basantpur Durbar Square at hanuman dhokha. Spending some time we will return hotel and prepare our trek for tomorrow.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Besishahar (830m) – 7 Hours

Early morning after having breakfast, we will take a drive to Besisahar. It takes about 7 to 8 hours. During our drive the spectacular view of the roadside houses with forest will be so much enjoyable. After reaching Besisahar we will visit spectacular places around the valley. Lastly we will return back to our hotel for our night.

Day 04: Besisahar to Bahundanda 6/7 Hours

After having the breakfast at Bahundanda, we will trek further towards Bahundanda. The trail will offer us stunning view of great mountain ranges like Annapurna, Khudi, Ngadi peak and many more. We will have our lunch on the way. Continuing our journey through the main trail will lead us to Bahundanda after a walk of 5 to 6 hours.

Day 05: Bahundanda to Jagat 6 Hours

From Bahundanda, we will continue our journey following the cultivated area along with some beautiful waterfalls. We will have our lunch at Syange. We shouldn’t stop at Syange viewing the beautiful surrounding as we must have to reach at Jagat the same day. We should trek for about 5 to 6 hours from Bahundanda to Jagat. We will stay the night at Jagat.

Day 06: Jagat to Dharapani 6/7 Hours

Today, we will start our journey in a bit hurry as we need to move for more walking hours. Thus, we resume our journey following the ever flowing river Marsyangdi to the beautiful valley called Taal. With every step, we are getting closer to Manang district through the pine forest and the cultivated fields. We will be finally at Dharapani at 1960m with a trek for about 7 hours. We will rest the night at Dharapani.

Day 07: Dharapani to Chame 7 Hours

From Dharapani, we continue our trek ascending through the forest of fir and maple. The trail will offers its visitors with the glittering view of White Mountains like Manaslu, Lamjung and Annapurna II. After trekking for 5 hours, we will ultimately reach at Chame at the altitude of 2630m. We will stay the night at Chame.

Day 08: Chame to Pisang 5/6 Hours

From Chame, we will trek for about 6 hours to reach at Pisang. The trekking route is extremely beautiful here. After reaching at Pisang, we can visit the monasteries of that place. We will spend the night at Pisang at the altitude of 3200m above sea level at the nearest lodges.

Day 09: Pisang to Manang (3540m) – 5 Hours

Early morning after viewing the cool scene of Pisang we will walk to beautiful land of Manang.  Spectacular view of Tilicho Lake will be so much impressive in our trek. We can also observe beautiful Annapurna region. Many chortens and Mani walls can be seen in the villages of our track to Manang.

Day 10:Manang Rest for Acclimatization

Explore at Manang and short hike to gangapurna lake and visit manang village. beautiful scenery Above 8000 m. from Sea Level. and rest for Acclimatization day at Manang

 

Day 11: Manang to Yak Kharka (4000m) – 5 Hours

Early morning after having breakfast we will continue to Yak Kharka. It will be easy in walking as we need to ascend downward. In the middle way we will leave Path of Marsyangdi Valley. And we will continue our walk through Jarsang Khola valley. After reaching Yak Kharka 4000 m herds of yaks & vegetation can be seen.

Day 12: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4450m) – Hours

Our next trekking destination is Thorong Phedi. At first we need to walk continuously for two hours up hill. Only then we have an easy trial to walk. Full of beauty of nature will be in our surrounding. Unknowingly we will reach Thorong Phedi walking in beautiful track to spend memorable night.

Day 13: Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3800m)

Our today’s destination is Muktinath (holy pilgrimages in Nepal) a bit important destination. The cool air will blown us which will refresh our mind in our whole walk. After reaching muktinath 108 water sprouts around it. Gorgeous natural spring on its side will be so much impressive. We can spend our leisure time on exploring all these things.

Day 14: Muktinath to Marpha (2670m) – 6 Hours

Marpha (home to the legendary apple orchids) is our next trekking destination. Land of Kaligandaki Valley is our main walking valley. Marpha village is rewarded as apple capital of Nepal. Apple Brandy can be tasted if we are enough lucky. Discussing all about it we will be at marpha for our night.

Day 15: Marpha to Ghasa (2010m) – 6 Hours

Ghasa will be our next walking destination. Our today’s walk is a bit easier. Beautiful forest of rhododendron is our main walking trial. And finally we will reach beautiful Ghasa village. Roaming around the beautiful area we will return back to our place entertain for some time and have a good night.

Day 16: Ghasa to Tatopani (1190m) – 5 Hours

Our journey leads us to Tatopani. Kopchepani (deepest gorge of the world) will be our main walking path. After reaching Tatopani the natural hot spring water can be enjoyed. After a long trek it is the perfect place to relax our body. Bathing on Natural hot spring water will be full of enjoyment.

Day 17: Tatopani to Ghorepani (2810m) – 7 Hours

We will have a bit pain in our legs. In low pain we will slowly continue our journey toward Ghorepani. Our walking trial will be fully steep hill. Walking slowly in the forest of Pine and oak we will reach at Ghorepani to spend our night.

Day 18: Hike up to Poon Hill (3210m) and Tadapani (2610m) – 4 Hours

Our today’s day is taken as one of the important day of our trekking. First of all we will hike up to the Poon hill. From the hill we can see the spectacular views of combination of mountains much as Machhapuchhre, Lamjung Himal, Annapurna I (8091m), Dhaulagiri I (8167m) etc. After spending our precious time we will return back to our place. We will have our lunch & continue to Tadapani for our night.

Day 19: Tadapani to Ghandruk (1940m) – 4 Hours

Ghandruk (biggest Gurung settlement village in Nepal) is our next destination. Our today’s walk is a bit easier. Beautiful forest of rhododendron is our main walking trial. And finally we will reach Ghandruk. The living style of local Gurung community people can be explored over here.

Day 20: Ghandruk to Nayapul (1010m) and drive to Pokhara

In early morning we will have final view of the Annapurna mountain ranges from Ghandruk. We will have breakfast and continue our journey toward Nayapul. We need to walk on hunpty dumpty trial of vehicle. From Nayapul we will drive back to Pokhara. We will be fresh after reaching pokhara and spend our some of the extra time in visiting the area of Lakeside.

Day 21: Pokhara to Kathmandu

Early morning after having breakfast we will take a drive to Kathmandu. It takes about 6 to 7 hours. During our drive the spectacular view of the roadside houses with forest will be so much enjoyable. After reaching Kathmandu we will visit spectacular places around the valley. Lastly we will return back to our hotel for our night.

Day 22: Farewell

After having a night rest at Kathmandu, we will pack our luggage to return back to our home land. We need to reach at airport 3 hours before the flight. Chomolungma Adventures Pvt. Ltd. we will attend a small farewell program for you. We hope, while returning back to home country you will think for a re visit to Nepal. We hope for your better journey.
